Account Usage and Eligibility
Eligibility: you must be 18+ years old, a resident of India (or other supported countries: Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE), and physically located in a state/region where skill-based fantasy sports are permitted. Excluded Indian states: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim.
Account creation: one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will be terminated with forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate information during registration — false information may result in account suspension.
Account security: you're responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security. Report suspicious activity immediately to [email protected]. MyTeam11 is not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.
Contest Rules and Fair Play
Contest entry: teams lock 30 minutes before toss. After lock, no edits allowed. Late entries are not accepted. Entry fees are deducted from your wallet balance at time of entry confirmation.
Scoring system: MyTeam11 uses a publicly documented scoring system. Points are calculated based on actual player performance in real matches. The scoring engine is the final authority — disputes are reviewed against the engine's output, not subjective interpretation.
Fair play: collusion, multiple accounts, team information sharing during live contests, or any form of cheating is prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action. MyTeam11's fair play team investigates all reports within 48 hours.
Payment Terms — Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits: minimum deposit Rs 100, maximum Rs 1,00,000 per transaction. Deposits process instantly via UPI/Paytm, 1-2 hours via bank transfer. MyTeam11 does not charge deposit fees, but payment processors may apply their own fees.
Withdrawals: minimum withdrawal Rs 100, maximum Rs 5,00,000 per day. Withdrawals process in under 2 minutes via UPI/Paytm during business hours, 1-2 hours via bank transfer. KYC verification required for cumulative withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
Bonus cash: bonus cash (from welcome bonuses, promotions, referral bonuses) has a 1x playthrough requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash. Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonus cash contests are split: bonus portion remains bonus, real cash portion is immediately withdrawable.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
MyTeam11 owns all platform content: logos, branding, UI design, scoring system, statistics dashboards, educational content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Player statistics: aggregated player statistics (averages, records) are public information. However, MyTeam11's specific data presentation, analytics, and AI suggestions are proprietary. You may reference statistics for personal use but not redistribute them commercially.
User-generated content: reviews, feedback, and forum posts you submit grant MyTeam11 a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that content on the platform. We may remove inappropriate content at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Service availability: MyTeam11 aims for 99.99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Contests are settled based on match outcomes regardless of platform availability issues.
Match-related disputes: MyTeam11 settles contests based on official match results from governing bodies (BCCI, ICC). Disputes about match results, DLS calculations, or umpiring decisions are not MyTeam11's responsibility — we follow official outcomes.
Financial risk: fantasy cricket involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that MyTeam11 is not liable for your losses beyond our platform's controls. Play responsibly — never deposit more than you can afford to lose entirely.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law: these terms are governed by Indian law, specifically the Information Technology Act 2000, the Public Gambling Act 1867 (skill gaming exception per K.R. Lakshmanan vs State of Tamil Nadu, 1996), and state-specific fantasy sports regulations.
Dispute resolution: most disputes are resolved through our customer support (in-app chat, email, phone). Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our grievance officer at [email protected]. Final unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration in Bangalore, India, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Changes to terms: MyTeam11 may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
